Refunds

    Return, Replace and Refund to customers
    Online Payment Orders or Cash-on-Delivery Orders, customers are entitled to a refund within 7 days for the canceled order in case the customer cannot receive goods according to the time stated in the ASIABR SHOP platform (not more than 72 hours) or goods that received differ from the information specified in the ASIABR SHOP platform or goods with the technical problems.

     ASIABR SHOP reserves the right not to replace or refund to the customer in case the customer used the goods, or damaged the box or goods before requesting the replace to ASIABR SHOP. We may require customer to provide additional information or supporting documents prior to processing any refund, including picture proof of physical receipts for orders. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to process any refund if customer fail to provide such additional information or supporting documents.

     If customers have not received a refund, you may wish to check your bank account again or contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time for your refund to be settled. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact to ASIABR SHOP Customer Service.

     ASIABR SHOP reserves the right not to refund in full or partial in case, we are unable to contact customers within 30 days or the customers fail to provide such additional information or supporting documents which is loss at the benefits of ASIABR SHOP and Merchant Partners.

     ASIABR SHOP reserves the right to cancel any order and/or suspend, deactivate or terminate customer’s  ASIABR SHOP account in its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects or detects fraudulent behavior or activity associated with customer’s  ASIABR SHOP account and/or with customer’s order.
