Delivery, Pick-Up
ASIABR SHOP is responsible for delivery to customers anywhere in Myanmar through the ASIABR SHOP’s delivery service directly or partners of ASIABR SHOP. We are not responsible for late delivery to customers by the situations of force majeure or by special request from the customer.
Delivery Time
1) ASIABR SHOP shall deliver customer’s order to the delivery address provided by customers. Delivery time in Phnom Penh is not more than 24 hours and for other provinces in Yangon is not more than 72 hours after the customer successful placed order on the platform.
If your order goods contain alcohol or tobacco (if have), the recipient is younger or likely less than the legal age or did not provide a valid ID card, ASIABR SHOP reserve the right not to deliver to you.
Wrong Order, Missing Items, Defective Goods
If customers discover that there are issues with the order, including wrong order, defective goods, or missing items, please immediately contact ASIABR SHOP customer service. In some cases, ASIABR SHOP may request for photographic proof and/or additional information to properly investigate the issue with your order. If we determine that the order and/or goods you received are not of satisfactory condition or quality, ASIABR SHOP will compensate customer for the order or parts of your order.
Pick-Up at ASIABR SHOP
Customers have the option of picking up their order (in-store) directly from the ASIABR SHOP head office instead of delivering the order. Customers need to contact ASIABR SHOP Customer Service in advance to get the suitable time for customers to pick up their order. ASIABR SHOP and the merchant will arrange the order according to the set time.
Terms of pick-up at ASIABR SHOP
In order to facilitate the customer's direct goods pick-up to be accurate, convenient and clear, ASIABR SHOP requires customers first need to present the purchase order invoice or other relevant information related to the order, before pick-up the goods directly or by representative.
